This upscale yet comfortable townhome offers three bedrooms and three full baths. The spacious interior features two bedrooms and two full baths on the lower level, as well as a terrace. On the top floor you find the third bedroom and the living area, dining area and the kitchen and one more terrace.

The entry is on the top floor. Rum Runner has four TVs, DVDs, stereo and a foosball table. WiFi access is provided (please bring your own laptop computer). The kitchen features granite countertops and stainless appliances.

The amenities for the Croatan Surf Club are unmatched on the Outer Banks and feature an oceanfront pool and inground spa, a children's "Spray Ground", an indoor pool which is heated year 'round and another inground spa. A large oceanfront Gazebo is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the ocean views. Walk down to the beach on the private walkway. There is also an arcade room and exercise room.

Additional features for the community include covered parking (for two cars; overflow parking is available), three elevators, a fitness room and game room.

Beds: 2 kings, 1 pyramid bunk, two rollaways and a queen sleep sofa in the living area. All bed linens and towels are furnished and beds are made prior to arrival. A starter set of soap and paper products is provided. Village Realty will clean the home on check out day.

Some particulars: Sunday check in day. Located near Mile Post 7.5 on the Beach Road in Kill Devil Hills. Rum Runner faces south so you will have a side view of the ocean --not a full on view. No smoking policy. Pets are allowed, dogs only please.

The pools are open from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. and lockers are available on the ground level for individual use, please bring your own lock.
